Professional Resume
MY MISSION: To help teams thrive by providing clarity, confidence, and direction when designing strategy and executing operations.
Originally from DFW, Texas and now based in Portland, OR, I have lived and spent time all over the US from Chicago, Denver, to Brooklyn, NY. Similar to the communities I have lived within, my career journey has allowed me to explore a wide range of roles including:
๐ฅ 5 years executing operations & tech products in fast-paced health-tech start-ups
๐งญ 2 years guiding NYC & Portland students on Outward Bound wilderness courses
๐ 2 years developing product for TREW Gear, Dovetail Workwear & Skip
๐ณ 2 years engaging in conversations of Traceability & accelerating Consumer Insights
Through these experiences I have grown into a compelling cross-functional leader, with a proven track-record of designing and launching product, processes and curriculum in complex, ambiguous start-up and enterprise environments. But more importantly, despite their differences, each role has helped lead me to my passion for helping teams thrive.
I am now seeking roles within Strategy & Operations where I can combine my love for sports & outdoors with my enterprise team building expertise to help lead a sustainability-minded company to create inviting, inclusive, and engaging products.
